Owen graduated from Swansea University in 1998 before completing the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School. He joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 1999 becoming a partner in 2009.
He specialises in elderly private client matters offering advice on all aspects of Wills, Probate and the administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
Owen is an accredited police station representative and duty solicitor. He maintains a busy criminal defence caseload, advising and representing clients at the police station and in both Magistrates and Crown Court matters. He has experience of defending clients in a wide variety of criminal matters from minor road traffic offences to more serious assaults and drug cases.
He also undertakes claimant personal injury work and general civil litigation.
Owen is a keen sportsman enabling to maintain strong links with the local community.
