Based at our Talbot Green office. Richard is a Litigation Specialist having almost exclusively undertaken personal injury work for the past 20 years. Richard was the conducting Solicitor in the leading Court of Appeal case of Evans –v- Pontypridd Roofing. He has conducted a wide range of personal injury work including serious injury and fatal accident claims.
Originally from Tonyrefail, he maintains close links with his home town. A Member of APIL.
Richard trained with Hugh James Solicitors and qualified in 1983 when he joined David W. Harris & Co. Richard became a Partner in 1985 and Senior Partner in 2000.
Richard attended Tonyrefail Grammar School and the University of Wales, Aberystwyth (1976 B.Sc [Econ])
Richard is a keen golfer and former tennis player. He played Rugby for Tonyrefail and Aberystwyth University. Richard enjoys keeping fit and spends a lot of his leisure time in West Wales.
