Charlotte Millard

Charlotte attended Treorchy Comprehensive School before going on to study Law at Cardiff University. She completed her Law degree in 2023, graduating with first-class honours. The following year, she undertook the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, achieving a distinction. Charlotte joined David W Harris & Co Solicitors in September 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor.

During her time at Cardiff University, Charlotte was selected to work on the Cardiff Innocence Project, assisting individuals who claimed to have been wrongfully convicted of a crime. Through this, she gained valuable experience in casework, legal research, and advocacy relating to miscarriages of justice. In addition, Charlotte obtained the LexisNexis Foundation and Advanced Certifications, enabling her to conduct online legal research efficiently and effectively.

Since starting her training contract, Charlotte has gained experience in Private Client work — including drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and assisting with Probate and Administration matters — as well as in Conveyancing, low-value Personal Injury matters, and Family Law.

In her free time, Charlotte enjoys keeping fit, dining out, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.
